Ok. Restarting my S23 while at the venue worked perfectly. Hopefully, that's not something i have to do every time. Edited review: app can glitch on Android, and you might have to restart your phone...I found this out after trying everything else app-contamination related (clear cache, reinstall, clear data, reconnect to wifi....) multiple times.

Giving the app 5 stars but wifi at my 24 Hour 2 stars. Have issues off and on not only listening but wifi service in general. Manager keeps stating they are upgrading soon. The app works great when wifi is strong. I sent a note to the app developers and they were very responsive and explained the wifi issue in the club and not an issue with the app. There is a unit connected to the clubs network and dependent on it. Would be great if there is another way to get sound to the phones without wifi.

Mostly happy with this app. I use it at my health club, to watch the tvs at the club, while on the treadmill. 97% of the time it works. Occasionally it doesn't work, so I can't watch tv while working out. Not sure if it is a problem with my cellphone, the wifi or the app.

useless. tried it for 24 hour fitness. didn't work. uninstalled. don't waste your time. Update after response: of course it's "installed". Your logo is all over the tv. The only problem is it doesn't work for anyone and trying to bs everyone here isn't believable. Like I said, app is worthless and a scam. Update to response 12-30-19: more lies

The cardio equipment at my gym has a sticker saying to use this app to stream TV shows appearing on the overhead tv monitors. First I login to the club wifi and then open this app. It works fine for a while (typically 5-10 minutes) and then cuts out. The app does not close; it just does not stream audio after it cuts out. I have checked immediately about 7 or 8 times whether I am still getting good wifi reception when this happens. Each time the wifi reception was still strong. This suggests that the fault is with the app. When the signal cuts out, I can restart it right away by pausing and restarting the streaming within the app. I've also tried (4 or 5 times) waiting about 5 minutes for it to restart on it's own, and it never has done so. Having to do this every 5-10 minutes or so is very annoying when I'm working out. I've spoken to the gym staff and they don't have any advice.

I have used the app for 2 years, no problems, loved it. This last update where I noticed the icon changing, since this update, it does not work. I am going to uninstall and reinstall tomorrow when I go to the gym. Other than that, I have no idea on how to get it to work again

it lasted an all time low 0f 22 seconds before it cut the sound. and it's not my device as I stream other apps with no problems. ocean fitness.worthing .gb. Have to say sorry the problem was with my samsung s6 . Now got a samsung note 8 and it's working just great with app audio . Sorry to app audio once again . Adrian

Usually doesn't work at 24 hour fitness in Lafayette CO 80026. Tried deleting and reinstalling, tried airplane mode, tried restarting the phone (Android). Seems to be a roll of the dice. Probably works 1 time in 20. The club even rebooted their WiFi for me. No luck.
