I don't write reviews often, but you need a new app. Plain and simple, the service you're trying to provide doesn't work. In fact, it actively breaks for example: The screen freezes up.. on the main screen meaning I can't put in a report to get it fixed And when I eventually did, I can't find the option to send a report about the app I can't change my details (I already had an account made online) so that I can't get services to my grandparents - I assume this will require me to make a new account which is pointless And these are just the three things that I've experienced within the first 15 minutes of opening the app. I suggest you take this off the app store and either fix it do that it is at the very least practical, and somewhat presentable.

Updating a review from 2020 and the app is still absolutely awful. Looks like it was created by someone who has never even used a mobile app before, never mind written one. Nearly completely unusable. The map picker is worthy of special mention - I'm not sure it's even been tested as it's almost impossible to select a location that isn't right next to you or is right outside an address you know. It seems to be designed to make it hard to report them to cut down on the council's work.

Please update this app or get someone who is competent and skilled to have a look at it. Using the Google map embedded feature to pick an select an area is horrific, why can't I zoom out or move the cursor with an immediate loading screen....every time. please fix this. Unless it being so unusable that no one reports anything makes your data show Glasgow is fantastic with nothing wrong is the goal, then keep it up. Awful app to report awful conditions of Glasgow. Fitting.

No longer easy or simple to use, especially to report faults. Used to be able to report issues directly through the app but I have today gone to report a blocked drain outside my house & after the app froze for so long after I opened it I had to restart my phone, it made me log into the council website, despite being signed in on the app, then another scotgov website, then it wouldn't let me specify the drain on the map. Had to reset two passwords. Very frustrating!

Literally have to change my password everytime I try and log in because it tells me mines isn't correct even though it is. Crashes constantly and doesn't let you on half the time. Are you actually doing anything to fix the problems with this app? Been like this since I downloaded it over a year ago and nothings changed but yet there's updates... Maybe fix the issues or just get rid of it.

Dreadful app made worse by the twin facts that reports are impossible to make any other way and that public money was used to pay for it. Reports are either ignored and closed after months, or closed immediately with no action taken and no information provided. Awful UX design, missing information (About Us is blank!) and obvious debug messages still in the final version. Maybe ask a first year computer science student at the local university to build a new one, it certainly couldn't be worse.

This app is woeful. Rather than simplify matters as it suggests, it seems to specialise in directing you to the council website that then requires even more form filling, all the while advising that you can report matters via the App! Trying to report a simple thing like a 'missed bin' collection is hugely frustrating experience, especially when the setup under the App 'encourages' you to get lost in a 'login labyrinth'. Poor show.

Terrible app. Not user friendly at all. Just a dumb front end with no interactive functionality, no chat service, no updates provided. The council does not ensure the information in all areas is correct. Took them almost a year to update the bin collection calendar and was only carried out after complaints. Council staff have no idea what goes on a cleansing depot, and neither does the app
