I HATE THIS APP AND WEBSITE!!! Every single screen requires to relog in.....then when you do it sends you BACK TO THE BEGINNING!! Want to view a bill? Try to download it, requires to log in again, sends you back to the main page. Want to pay your bill? Log in again and it sends you back to the main page.

They have a high turnover in personnel and sometimes the personnel doesn't know what they're doing.
