Serious issues in OTP and payment gateway processing. After many tries, the payment was finally accepted, but the insurance pricessing failed. I got debited the entire amount of SAR 1,380 without receiving the insurance. Not to be trusted.

The app is terrible, they payment processing never goes through, so you essentially end up driving in Saudi without insurance which is super dangerous. The same applies to the website, absolutely disappointing

I have very bad experience with this application. I added many time OTP at last step but when I put OTP application not responding. I waste my time 2 hour on border of UAE. Kindly open you eye. It's advise to developer and testing person.

Has critical issues. OTP doesn't work, sometimes payment gateways crash. Its very unstable. Some forms are not probably made. You can't insure a vehicle for future time.. contact us form only works for Saudi numbers.

Extremely bad system, OTP never arrives and payment gateway fails most of the times. We were asked to insure online and now we are inside KSA without insurance.
