Registration Issue - Not updating from Nafath. Its now on my 5th day and I could not log in on Najm app. I had registered my accident and received the case number but not able to claim insurance because of the incomplete registration. Already called CS and said someone will call me after 10 working days! Followed up and its been 2 days now still no one called. Someone please help me!!

App keeps crashing and was not able to add a complaint from it. I couldn't even download the accident report. It took more than 20 mins to register and login. Not user friendly and very bad quality

Very very bad app. Actually we need this app in emergency accident situation but it works very very badly. Could not click the submit button.it doesn't work properly. Seriously very very bad experience.

There is no update available on google Play. But when I open the application, the message display is please update the application. What is the matter??

Great idea but never works when I need it. Actually wastes time because I fill in all the details, then wait another 5 min while it uploads (which it never does), and the I lose all the data and have to start again. I actually lost a claim because I spent so long trying to use the app and there was so much traffic building up that I gave up and didn't contact najm in the end.
