Can you fix the "send files by email" function or at least provide where the files are stored? This isn't working, which stops the main function of the app - to send dictations. Please reach out and provide support. Update: money refunded. Btw the desktop software is good, which makes this disappointing.

The app was working well up until a couple of weeks ago when it stopped working. I keep getting a message 'unable to startvrecird sound' every time i start a new recording. I have tried to resolve the issue by re unstalling the app, checking all the settings, and resetting my phone, but nothing seems to be working. The app is now useless to me. Update - still not working and no support.

The dictaphone interface is great, intuitive, clear, easy to use, and works just like a normal dictation machine. The transcription software works well. BUT, and it's a massive but, it is NOT possible to email the dictation. The button sends you to the FTP area, which also does not work. The description above says clearly that dictations can be emailed. So the app is absolutely useless. It would be brilliant on the go, it would even be good sitting at the desk, having the dictation machine separate to the PC. BUT NOT if you can't send the file. Crazy. This is a sine qua non. It needs sorting NOW and not thought about later. I need a refund from google play.

I downloaded this app because the practice typist was comfortable using it before. It did not work. It appears the app is not compatible with Android. But did they say anything about this issue when I downloaded and paid for it? Of course not! I tried to get help from the support service but to get a technical support you have to pay more to get the premium service? Like pay extra for an app that you already paid but does not work?? Outrageous

This app is genuinely terrible. Impossible to send your file to its destination. Referring to a 10 minute dictation being too large to send via gmail when gmail is not the registered account and the registered account has no file limit and massive storage. Had to google for an hour to try to set up FPT to send files and now app won't recognise the address. Please can I have my money back? This app does not carry out it's most basic function.

Terrible experience. This software in android does not work! It cannot send via email and it is totally pointless. I now have dictated letters that I cannot send out. I demand a refund. The app totally describes that it can send via email! Looks like this issue has persisted for more than 2 years and nothing had changed. WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THIS IN ANDROID?

Awful. Awful. Awful. Worked fine initially as a basic audio dictation app. Then one day you could dictate and not send any files from the phone. There was no way of moving the files (FTP, sharing no longer functional). Technical support still have no solution after 5 months. Avoid this company and everything they make based on this experience. There are better free apps that actually work.

BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT Another Update - this time, like others I can no longer start a recording - Unable to start recording device - very frustrating. Have contacted support, no timeframe, no fix awe told they don't have previous version apk file... yeah 🙄 clearly this is a low priority to NCH who don't seem to care about commercial users - wish I could give no stars! As you can see they don't read your reviews and just say "contact support" who tell you they can't give a timeframe for a fix!!
