    For over a week now the phone app barely works. I'm able to see the call come in but app doesn't allow me to answer the call. No current update available. As of 1/3/23, most calls still don't ring on the app. Any suggestions? Update: so far app was doing great this year. Now, with a new phone, back at the original issues. Hit and miss on the calls that ring via the app.

    Takes forever to start ringing, frequently showing the call as missed before it even rings. Won't let you silence the app on days off, might as well get an iPhone for work since this app only starts ringing 10 seconds after an iPhone on the same call rings. Absolutely useless. Then don't get me started on the number of people the app has decided to pocket dial on its own while taking my phone out of my pocket to not even use the app.

    Does what it's supposed to do but also does what it's not supposed to do. I have literally put every setting in app and on my phone to silence this app and it does not work. No matter what I am still getting calls which gets supper annoying seeing as my phone is connected to the shipping door so when someone arrives and presses the intercom it rings my phone. Don't understand how this app has managed to completely ignore every setting I'm app and on phone. This app still needs a lot of work.

    This is supposed to be a mobile work phone app, but this app acts up all the time. It has bad service when you are connected directly to wifi or phone data. It will lag sometimes or won't connect at all. It will hang up on people. The app freezes and will just ring and ring, but you can't answer any calls if there is one. There also has to be a way to keep from randomly hitting a number and dialing a caller back by automatically. I don't know how people have booty called by accident. Always havi

    Works well in our environment. I'd like to request a "Block Call" feature be added. Our handsets allow us to block calls but the app doesn't. When the handset denies the call, our apps still ring. I know this isn't the app's fault, but it would be nice to have the feature within the app as well. 3/5/24- still no ability to block calls.

    App never stays connected to internet. I have to close out & reopen every few minutes for it to stay up. So my calls don't show up ringing on my phone & only show as missed AFTER I re-open the app. This has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY BUSINESS PHONE PROVIDER as every response says. Other calling apps I have used for different jobs all have worked fine. I DO NOT want to sync my contacts, files, etc. yet it asks me EVERYTIME I reopen. Not sure how they are selling this as a good for remote workers.

    Worked good for a day. 2nd day app had to be opened to main screen to get notifications. uninstalled and reinstalled and notifications are working again. seems like this has been a known bug for a while now from other reviews. Any fix for this NEC? Edit : 6/20/22 I now have to uninstall and reinstall every two to three days to have working call notifications. I tried every trouble shooting step on their website . I have contacted them twice with no response.

    Same problem another reviewer posted. Can't answer calls when screen is locked. My work email provider requires the screen be locked. The phone will ring but there is no option to answer the call on a locked screen. If I unlock the phone, it is still ringing but there is no popup window to answer. If the phone screen is unlocked when a call comes through, then it works fine.
