5 Nov 2021 i have raised my opinions but seems this company doesn't care about any of our feelings. i was required to update yesterday and again today. really disappointed. ----------------- 30 July 2021 pls dont request update soooooo often, and cannot use app w/o update... the size is big enough now.... or i will uninstall it 😓😓

worst company, worst app, waste of time dealing with updating all the time, takes up too much space and app doesnt work properly. I will be very happy to not have to deal with this company again.

giving tuesday is fixed and dishonest, it's impossible to draw a gift because they are always all given out to 'premium customers' the day before, while pretending tuesday is still open for anyone to win on first come first served basis. NEO DERM is a fraudulent company using extremely aggressive sales tactics on its customers. I have been a customer since 2013 but instead of being valued as a loyal customer I am being scammed out of 2/3's of my agreed treatment plan. Sales staff is made to up-sell their packages with additional treatments included, without that ever being officially recorded. So when your treatment therapist changes you have no recourse as your agreed no. of treatments is not reflected officially in your package. DO NOT purchase anything from these guys, do not even go to free trials if you're being offered - it's damn near impossible to avoid their utterly aggressive sales tactics and to leave without having signed up with them. I am sure I am not the only one - if you're in the same boat, know that you have options. Speak with your credit card company, lodge a complaint with the Consumer Council or take them to the Small Claims Tribunal.
