Not been able to book tickets with passport. The coupon does not reflect at all. Please would like a refund of the initial amount. I have tried in both PVR and INOX app you have same interface and same problems. Can't book tickets for films which are applicable as per Terms and conditions. Please take down the Passport offer, if are not able to fullfill it.

I would have give them a zero star if possible. Horrible customer service. Also the pvr passport is a complete scam. I subscribed for three months with auto debit. But for the third month even though money has been debited, somehow I don't have the passport subscription. I called them, no answer, same with their E-mail. Pathetic experience.

My experience with the PVR Passport offer has been terrible. I was told I could book new movies from Monday to Thursday in the first week, but that’s not the case. Even in the second week, the passport doesn’t work for recent releases. Today, none of the five movies released last Friday were available for booking with the passport. When I try booking older movies, the shows get canceled due to low seats. This service is extremely disappointing and misleading. No support from customer care too.

PVR I recently subscribed to the PVR Passport membership, paying Rs349 but my experience with the service has been very disappointing When I attempted to book a movie using PVR Passport I was notified that the selected movie was not eligible and advised to choose another one. After contacting customer support, I was informed that PVR Passport bookings are only valid for movies that have been released for over seven days. Based on this, I selected Venom in Hindi applied the Hindi language filter,

Worst app! In terms and conditions, it was mentioned that a blackout period will be for a week, and during diwali, you extended to 10 days! Then what is the use of those terms and conditions when you don't follow. Useless app. Just looting money from people using fake programs like pvr inox passport.

Always some kind of error and bugs in the app. Always unable to book tickets, especially from the passport! The customer service is useless and doesn't provide any solution

The most dumbest app. Unable to use my Kotak PVR coupons for the last 3 days. I have coupons from Kotak Pvr card. But when I try to use those it shows some error at first and it does. Ot love further. If try again (as booking not done with those coupons) same coupons, it says I have already applied those coupons. If booking itself was not done how can I apply the coupons. This is utter non sense and sorry state of affairs.

I purchased a PVR Passport and it’s been a nightmare trying to use it. Despite spending hours trying to book tickets, the system was unresponsive, and now my Passport isn’t even showing up. To top it off, the seats I wanted are filled. This has been the worst experience ever. The app’s performance is extremely disappointing, and I’m requesting a refund. Avoid this app unless you want to waste your money and time.
