App is VERY outdated and barely functional. Only use this app to check in. Their MovEos schedule button links to a web page that is not available, the towel service button links to a sales page even though I pay for the service already, the TV audio access app is completely broken and won't even download on newer Android phones, and the whole app is clunky and difficult to navigate.

I'm pissed. I have the Will Crush membership at $23/mo specifically for group classes. I joined on 11/18. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESERVE ONE CLASS AT ALL! The app AND the website portal aren't allowing me to book classes at all. It took 4 days for the not-so-helpful help desk to simply "escalate" this issue, and it's still not resolved. They're literally stealing my money at this point since I can't access my benefits at all and my location hasn't provided any solutions for this either.

The app does not work. You cannot get into the schedule for Gfit classes. It just gives an error message & the gym staff are no help. They just said it goes down a lot & to come into the gym to sign up for classes. That's not convenient at all.

I wish it was easier to do everything, if you guys want advice for your UI I'd love to give it! Also wish we could see the EOS Smart Strength leaderboards. I know at the gym it shows the top 5 for each machine, but I also know it keeps a whole leaderboard of data because I'll see pop ups of people climbing to 18th place, yet you can't see 18th place!

The app doesn't even pull up the schedule of classes. I have tried contacting support and they keep asking me to provide a screenshot that I have already provided, which is incredibly unhelpful. Other than a convenient way to check into the gym, this app is useless.

The g fit schedule always give an error message and the page never loads. I want to sign up for a class and you only allow that to be done in an app that doesn't even work properly. Not cool. Please allow g fit class sign-ups online. Or ya know... fix the app 😭

I love this gym... For the most part. I wish other ppl would take better care of the gym and it's amenities. Ppl are always slamming locking doors, yelling because they have earbuds in, looking for dates... All that is not necessary. I come to this gym for my own self improvement and too maintain my sanity... Also, all of a sudden my activity points just won't work for the workout I just put in???

For the most part it works satisfactorily. However, for the past few weeks, the icon for registering workouts has been missing. There is a contest for doing so many exercises by September 30th, but there is no way to record them!!!
