It's great when it works but now all of a sudden it's telling me my email and password are both wrong (it's been the same for years) I request to reset password and I never get the email. I email support and never get a response. At the point I'm telling the school for next year don't send me anything on this app since I created an email specifically for school.

Love when the app works. A few weeks ago it started having issues. It will spin like it's going to load, but stays in a spinning mode. I Uninstaller it and was able to log back in. I have now found that as long as I log out of the app first when I'm finished it will allow me to log back in later with success. Shouldn't have to log out to be able to log back in, but at least there is a work-around.

Just recently stopped working for me. It logged me out and when I tried logging back in, it says my credentials are wrong. I've tried resetting my password 10 times and after each reset, it still says my credentials are wrong. At this point I give up!

Lately, I have been having a difficult time accessing my daughter's page. The app simply won't open most of the time. I just reinstalled the app and it still just goes around and around. Dec. 5: When will we see a fix. I can longer access my daughter's grades.

This app SUCKS! Works one day and then the next it says you need to update to the newest version. There is NEVER a new update. You literally have to uninstall/reinstall multiple times in order for it to work. Can't goto the parent portal website because it just sends you to the broken app. Can't check my kids grades. Can't do anything at all. The school needs to stop relying on this app/website for information. Their IT dept clearly doesn't care if it works like it's supposed too.

This app needs some serious work. I can never get it to do anything. I get notifications about grades or other things but I can never get the app to do anything other than a blank white screen. And if it does load anything heaven forbid you have to look at another child's grades because your back at square one with a blank white screen.

The app randomly loses its login credentials. You guys need to test the features before rolling it out to the users. Please fix the issue as it is quite irritating. The app development team seriously appears to be a joke. How can you guys release a such buggy updtes after updates without fixing the most common complaint about the app is simply mind boggling!
