Very poor experience with this app. Constant badgering from customer support wanting you to pay and upgrade your account. Very annoying and unhelpful. No guarantee of any success if you do upgrade. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Avoid!

Customer service intrudes and pushes to be a paid member. I used to be able to chat with paid members as long as 1 person is a paid member. The customer service removed the chat function without telling me, and he is asking me to be a paid member. The reach out to you on WhatsApp without permission. Most platforms allow communication between both parties as long as one party is a paid member. This is all about profit, not so much about helping the muslim ummah. BEWARE.

The application is not safe. I have been reached out by their team number of times whereby they refer to our activity and then they push for subscription. Their teams continuously observes and intrude in your activity without permission. Strongly recommend not to subscribe.

It is an utter waste I subscribed here by payment. Before payment, they contacted 10 times. After payment no one bothered to respond me even after calling.... Bad service. Even after rejection the same profiles appears again n again. No proper maintenance. Very little and poor data base management... Very poor quality. Matching profiles doesn't appear according to the preferred specifications... Strange...

Ill not say it as a matrimony app, would like to say it as a match finding app. Yes, its really working that way. Sure you will find a perfect match as your wish very easy and quickly. Its user friendly, lot of matches, far better than other apps. Expecting you to extend in more languages. Overall its a great match finding app.

Not able to register as sms is not received to verify. But email is registered and somehow receiving emailsw without verification.Please delete account as app is stuck on same. Seriously technical lacking .this app just doesnt work, emails have no option to delete or unsubscribe. Tried to login via email but the app is stuck on change password saying password is incorrect.👎 just close this app.

It's a very good app for those looking for a Muslim life partner, i have never seen a single profile with half dressed, sisters get free photo lock option is an added advantage, I would surely recommend this to Muslim singles and particularly to parents to start their search through this. My good wishes to the team for assisting the ummah in completing half of the Deen
