There were several times when I went to use the old app, that the server would be down and I'd be unable to collect or redeem points. I was excited about the updated app, but they left off the ability to attach a debit/credit card so we're able to pay with the app. Huge downside, in my opinion. We really loved being able to scan and go for rewards, as well as payment.

Overall the idea is great, the execution could be better. For example, let say you forgot your phone or even just to scan your phone, you miss out on points, you should be able to scan your receipt to earn the points you should have gotten if you would have remembered or scanned your phone. I also think the point system could me tweaked a bit but I understand why it is the way it is.

The app isn't usable in its current form because: 1) If an item is out of stock, the app will proceed as if you can order it till you tap review order, and then it'll say an item isn't available close app or clear basket. If you clear the basket, it'll delete all of your items & force you to start over again. You also have no clue which item(s) are the ones that aren't available. You have to guess & hope it won't tell you that message again. I didn't know which of my 10 items was the one that was out of stock. I tried 3 times to order online & just got too frustrated and gave up. The app should tell you what item isn't available or better yet, not display that as an option in the first place. This is pretty basic app functionality. 2) There are some items that are necessary that are hidden in drop down menus that you have to tap on in order to see. The app will only tell you that you're missing a field for an item, but it won't highlight what you're missing because it's part of a drop down menu that hasn't been expanded yet. 3) You can only add 1 topping to shakes in the app - like you can't have whipped cream & something else added. You can add more than 1 item to a shake in the store - like a Mint shake with extra mint chips and whipped cream. On the app you have to decide if you want whip or extra mint chips, not both.

When the app is working it's fine. Ordering is relatively simple and special requests can be made if needed. That said, every other order I try to make I get "ordering is unavailable at this time" I don't know if the system is that unreliable or if it gets shut down during peak hours. So, I never use the app. This is extra frustrating because this means the whole point system is a waste. On that topic the reward system the points are tied to are needlessly complicated. Much improvement is needed

So the prices are now outrageous. l love the food. I went to order in the drive through but the total was $92. I realized I could get the same thing in a bundle for $76 plus tax without thebdrinks. When I tried to cancel my order and get the same thing on the app for less instead of using my Google app wouldn't work so I ended up paying full price anyway. Service was great prices are terrible.

Tab out and it completely dumps your cart? There are too many usability issues here to list. What a disaster. I really wish it would give you an accurate estimate of readiness, I'm pretty sure it doesn't even start the order until you arrive, wasting everyone's time. Either that or the estimate is sometimes off by 40 minutes. I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait 45 minutes. Get it together.

Update: uninstalled, just randomly opens and says it's tracking my location. Update: tried again on new day, my order failed to come through the system, so waited twice as long. Forced app migration. Even more intrusive than before. Forces constant location access. Why can't I just pick my restaurant? New app even buggy for employees inside store. I don't need someone knowing I just pulled up, just make my food when I order.

Getting better!! This app is certainly getting better than the last time that I used it. Now there are deals and rewards. There is one big probablem how ever. If you log out, there no way to log in. The screen that says "Sign up or Log in, only allows me to sign up. There no way to log into my old account. Is there a way to transfer points? I don't know if my previous account had points, but I have been using the app for a few months and buying food with it since.
