One year after its launch, I still cannot read messages from my doctors or can't communicate with them. This is plain dangerous The app is updated to the latest version. The whole past communication with my doctors has disappeared. I cannot contact any of my doctors. Past lab results have disappeared. I have no access to a comparison of the most recent labs with results in the past anymore.

It works like a dial up in the 90s, very slow. Plus it freezes all the time and you have to start all over. And the security requirements are quite overwhelming - so many hurdles to get through to find your own appointments!...

UPDATE: This app is so glitchy. Can't access the provider messages ever. I keep getting a connection error even though I can SEE the messages behind the error pop-up. Just keeps asking me to reload over and over.

Recently I tired using g this app again and it's givings me an error "this application cannot be run with debug mode activated". Im using a Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 and I do NOT have any debugging on. I checked. App needs an update?

in general good but still with many bugs, for example can not change insurances for primary or secondary, can not erase old ins cards, and others

My experience with the hospital the last appointment was the greatest but with this up most of the time the service you're asking me to render is a chaos because it's not allowing me to give the report you're asking me to give

Terrible app. Freezes, crashes, it's EXTREMELY slow. And if it crashes while you're just VIEWING an appointment, when you finally get back to the appointment screen, the one you were viewing is gone (and no, it's not bc someone else took that slot bc this happens in the middle of the night.) Very disappointing.
