It would be a straightforward setup process, if it wasn't for when adding funds, your balance remains in zeros. So you don't know whether you're ready to go or not. I went twice to add funds until finally realized that payments will go actually directly to the form of payment. App needs some work. Once that part was overcomed, check out at the parking lot with real easy.

This is the worst application, it does not work correctly in Monterrey NL. I will NOT ever use it again. I loose all my money and I had to pay again without this app.

Bug in Android 14 Pixel 8 Pro. Camera does not turn on, camera access permission has been granted. Makes the top bar start blinking (where clock and notifications are shown) only when in the app, stops when you leave the app. User working well as app works well when I use it in my old phone but when I authenticate (after code received through WhatsApp) in new phone (pixel) this big appears and I had to authenticate in old phone as a workaround. Would be happy to be notified fixed. Thks!

After downloading the app and finding the proper location of wearing parked it tells me to do the payment. But when I try to do the payment and add funds to the account it does not let me. That is extremely buggy it is not allow for various parts of the app to even work and I am now having to wait the entire time outside the car just because the app doesn't work.

I am very upset. I loved this app. But today I opened it and my balance was minus almost 500 pesos. I was shocked. I contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they were completely useless. They said fraud was detected and I had to pay the amount owed. I asked what was the fraud and they could not tell me. This seems like a SCAM. I don't believe I did anything wrong. How do I know if they can't tell me exactly what the fraud was??? TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Left me stuck with no way to pay. Would not send a code with sms or whatsapp. Wife tried on her phone, and even though it registered, it could not do a successful payment. Useless app.
