They don't do refunds if you accidentally paid twice. How am I even able to pay more than once for the same car in different locations at the same time? It doesn't make sense. They also need to update to send notifications that the parking is about to expire or already expired. It only took 5 minutes after my parking was expired to get a ticket. This is a cash grab. I barely had time to even extend or redo my parking. Terrible absolutely terrible they just want your money

Hard to use and I get tickets because the app does not send me notifications. The biggest problem is the app will not send me notifications. There are no settings in the app itself, which is dumb, and when I look in my phone's app settings, it says notifications are blocked for this app and the option to turn on notifications is grayed out so it's impossible to turn on. I've gotten a couple parking tickets because I did not know my time was about to expire.

I'm in Evanston maybe twice a year and they expect me to keep this trash app on my phone to park? Can't even copy the verification code and paste it in, doesn't connect to Google to auto fill payment information, it's inconvenient to use and useless have but someone in Evanston was dumb enough to pay for it and we all suffer for their mistakes.

I generally enjoy the convenience of parking apps like this. Unfortunately, apps like this sometimes get buggy and continue sending expiration reminders long after I have left the area. That is enough to downgrade one star. Adding insult to injury, I have tried to report the bug five times and repeatedly told that the bug report failed and that I should try again later. That just lost them another star.

Poorly developed APP. Got a new phone so try to set up but does not recognize the pin, then try to reset pin and states that the phone has no internet connection, which is not true as I to uninstalled/install a couple of times. Able to log in into my account on the web... Checked FAQ for solutions and asked to contact support but has no contact info to do so neither APP or web. Phone: Motorola ONE Zoom running Android PIE

This app's sole benefit is avoiding the payboxes. In all other respects its not good. Outrageous transaction fees. Tries to force you to deposit money so they can earn interest on float. Sometimes end of parking notification works, sometimes it doesn't. Can get ticketed even after paying through app due to slow data transfer.

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S9, and now I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every time I use it. If I fail to do so, the app starts to open and then just freezes indefinitely. Since I still have funds in my Park Evanston wallet, I have to keep using it for now. This app stinks.

Easy way to pay for parking. App messaging about parking regulations is poor. App will tell you that you are in violation when you are just parking outside the time you need to pay for parking. This leads you to the conclusion that you will be ticketed when the reality is that parking is free at the time. The Park Chicago app has this figured out correctly, Park Evanston should do the same.
