Frustrating App. When ordering, you need to go thru multiple screens to customize food options then it returns to the original order. More confusing if you edit the order so best to cancel and start over. When paying, no option for Google Pay so you'll have to enter your CC number. Finally, no option to eat in. It's paper bag to go only. Tried to avoid long line but took longer to use this app. It's an app that needs a lot of polishing for sure...

Horrible app. Slow, annoying, no rewards despite implying rewards all over the app, and DECEPTIVE. It tries to add 15% tip by default, which is infuriating. And once you place an order? Can't cancel it either, so you have to call every time the app tries to add a ridiculous tip at the last second. This stupid app confirms the price every step of the way until you confirm payment and credit card, and then suddenly includes a tip on the LAST PAGE after you think you've paid. DISHONEST.

This app claims you receive rewards for purchases made through the app. No points or rewards are given with purchases, it will show 0 points no matter how many purchases made. And even after manually inputting the location for order pickup, in order to use "curbside" pickup, it forces you to have your location turned on and put "high degree accuracy", otherwise it will not allow for curbside, even when location is right there selected for order pickup. This app does not deliver on its promise.

Do yourself a favor and go to the store or use the website instead. This app is so terrible that incompetence can't explain it, it must have been developed by sadists. Saved payment cards in the app don't show up for use at checkout. Saved balance on your account also doesn't show up for use at checkout, unless you have your 16-digit code memorized (it took me forever to figure out I could even do it that way; the UI gives no hints). And it will clear your cart at the slightest provocation!

I've had this app for some years (3 or 4). But in the past few months it hasn't worked. It gives an error "invalid grant ". I've unistalled & installed again & getting same message. No updates since August 2022. So I've had to just use website to place pick up or delivery orders.

The buggiest app on my phone. Constantly has loading issues. Tells me sharable sizes are not available but both individual and family size are. It says all sandwiches are only available Sun-Fri (what!?). Extremely slow and frustrating user experience. This app should be removed until it is usable. Trying to order through Google and their website is the exact same experience. Just call to place your order - it's the only option that works but you unfortunately have to go in to pay.

Deal added to app/account and the location had no idea how to redeem it. In fact, it seems that the app is totally disconnected from the stores other than being able to order, but much easier to just order at the counter. No loyalty tracking of purchases, and the deals don't work, so why even use the app?

This app and mendocino suck. I am unable to use up 2 gift cards through the apps because the balance is now below whatever I want to order. So it forces me to pay my full balance through credit card despite a balance of $18 across the 2 gift cards. Additionally i was supposed to get 2x $10 gift card for free. They came with $0 balance! No one able to help. Support venter sucks too. I will use use up my balance ordering at the restaurant and then mendocino can wave good bye to my customership
