I've been using this for 6 months with only minor issues. Twice I was taken off PC and moved to Driving; I believe a software update was involved. I've had difficulty editing at times such as when the app automatically puts me in "ON" status when I use it to add my trailer or BOL; under such cases it will not let me change an automatic ON DUTY, so make sure you are ready to go on duty when adding equipment or paperwork. The app is simple once learned.

the last update caused a decent working app to be near worthless. i have to constantly relog in immediately after i already logged in the 1st time. I've resorted to factory resetting my phone just to get the app running every other day. this app almost earned me a ticket during an inspection at a weigh station. the officer asked to see my logs, and the app wouldn't come on to save my life! it just had the loading bar that kept freezing on a white screen. save your money, skip this company!

Honestly not as bad as everyone is saying. I have mine installed on a S8+, and it does what it's supposed to do. I mean don't get me wrong it has it's faults. #1 dealing with there customer service when I was struggling at setting this app up sucked, it was ridiculous. The person I was talking to seemed as if he had no idea how to set it up. I'm gonna be honest setting this app up is a pain in the assets. After about a 1.5 of trying to figure it out ww finally had success.

Worthless. Almost impossible to setup. If you have a problem setting up the account you might as well find another provider and file the $79 or however much you paid as a loss. Customer support literally tells you to keep trying smh.

Worst ELD EVER! Most of the time it tells me that it doesn't have internet service when my phones, yes phones, have full service. I log out yet it doesn't record it. I log breaks, but no connection. Thank God the fmcsa isn't requiring logs until May 15 on essential products. Cancellation pending when I get home tomorrow.

Worked at first, updated itself and since it eliminated PC & yard move, cant find admin portal or anything beyond sales marketing. Logs me on duty for no reason. There I have a ELD, it doesn't work, so paper log it is. Replaced my rand McNally one with this pos as theirs cant plug into my newer truck. Nice, paying for 2 worthless systems.

It's the worse. I've been paying up to date. I'm loaded and I know I have to stop for my break. It doesn't allow me to. I try going in and is telling me that my subscription expired. I go in and pay with my card. It says congratulations and when I try going in again it says that my subscription expire.

Just really bad customer service, you with get ahold of someone & get hung up on or you get no one to answer at all. Really about ready to switch to another ELD device.. Senn another guys post about he has a s8+ phone an his device does what it should. Well I have the same phone bud an it still sucks.
