An excellent app is one more thing helps make this gym awesome. I don't need to remember a fob or wait to have them sign me in. The app allows me to reserve a pool lane or basketball court effortlessly. I'm able to set up a trainer appointment, set and track personal goals (if that helps you), and keeps a record of when and which gym I went to.

my experience with the app and the gym has been terrible, this gym is predatory and won't let you out of the contract even if you've been paying for 2 year and haven't used the gym in 6 months. also they end up costing the same as the ymca if not more. I highly recommend choosing a different gym.

I am a total noob at going to the gym...Im over 50 and way out of shape. Everyone there is so helpful...non judgmental and just super nice. They seem to have classes for all skill levels...I just did my 1st water aerobics and I made it!!! Best thing Ive joined in a very long time!!! A++

wanted to cancel as I'm out of the country. told me I have to come in to fill out a form. I now owe $98 and have to pay for the next month that I will not be able to use. not to mention, I've been paying for this since October 2023, and I haven't used these services since November 2023.

I love that the user friendly app helps me manage my membership and sign up for classes. Also double as my proof of membership for entry into the gym.

Everyone i have met, staff and fellow members, have always been supportive and friendly. I have never felt judged, a great place for people like me who shouldn't wear spandex in public, or just need a relaxed environment to learn about the machines and how to get fit.

You can't get bills from previous payments which make it really hard to report anything (in my case for HR gym reimbursment)
