The app is very fast to install and use and the interface is excellent Note: Polyfazer app is separate from Polyfazer Direct app. The former is for stations operated by Polyfazer, while the latter is for chargers operated by CEZ and others. This should be made clearer. Nonetheless support is excellent. I got a reply minutes after submitting feedback.

Very good service and integration. Would like the ui to be a bit clearer (as in not make you press on details when you want to charge). But not issues and reasonable prices.

Worst experience ever. My card gets authorized but then I keep being asked to add payment details. Tried paying by SMS, it complained that the sms is not in the right format. Get a QA team and test your garbage.

The app is extremly annoying! From time to time give me errors regarding paymant and sometimes stations are out of order, or simply not starting charging!
