Latest update still has the app crashing every 2-5 minutes. Now app is not tracking energy and points accurately. Not all the points received have registered in app. Gotten clean with a streamer for the app to not register it and they leave. This has caused me to scuff.

This is the most overpriced and yet hard to use app I've ever seen. If you want to make ANY changes to your ball, you need to spend at least $4. There's no earning basic skins for playing, like in most games. And the app was completely unintuitive. You won't get any help understanding how it or the game works.

App is much prettier and intuitive, lets you view energy, where you've been racing, leaderboards, you can buy things... It has pretty much zero information regarding the game. Icons on skins aren't explained and I lost several layers when I went to dust duplicates. Really need to improve explanations or you need to have a pop-up stating there aren't explanations and you should ask your streamer/friends. App doesn't save ball skin changes, app doesn't accurately label skins that are layered. >:[

Fun game. But cosmetics are SO EXORBINANTLY PRICED. It's almost manipulative. $12 for 125 coins??? Which gets you barely one cosmetic? Worse than lootboxes. Sure community drops are good, but the items you get from the random boxes are next to nothing, there's barely any decent cosmetics from there. You'd get so much more money if one item costed about $1-2, as people would collect things they like with it being this expensive, you need to be frugal, getting only 1 of each type. Devs are insane.

I'm gonna give 3 stars because I know this is a good app. It worked on my phone before the big changes. So if only it opened on my phone it would be all good in the hood. I have a Galaxy S7. Upon the launch I get an error that the app has closed. I've tried reinstalling but didn't help the issue. When it works for my phone again I'll modify my comment and give the 5 stars the app deserves when working.

Less than mediocre for a skin app. While I can change the appearance of my ball, it rarely saves correctly. The save button usually won't respond at all. When it does, it saves the wrong skin. I've made sure to do my changes away from games, just in case, but I've tried during a game as well. It's kind of trash the wayit is. As a separate thing, I can't gift skins ot coins to people? I see that it's been asked for in the community by others.

Crashes as soon as I start it every time. I had to delete stuff to fit this on my phone and it doesn't work. Very disappointed and might not return after the hassle and apparent high prices. *update- redownloaded it and tried to use this app again only to have wasted my time making space for a useless app that never opens. Obviously just a cash grab with the cost of in app purchases being so high and absolutely no customer support at all. .

I didn't see a way to customize other than spending $9 for 125 coins, and each customization costs 100 coins lol. If I missed it its my fault, but thats worse than EA Response to response: It's cool that you have a way to get free coins, but the value still isn't there for the paid coins. You need a cheaper option than $8.99 to customize. I think you're missing out on the people willing to spend a buck or two, but not $8.99.
