Enjoying the game so far. I can't buy the physical copy yet so this is a good alternative for now. I'm mainly playing single player to pass the time, and my main issue is everything takes so long. The bot takes a lot of time every move. The buttons take a while before they work. The animations are slow and unskipable. Hopefully these get fixed.

Summoner Wars is a fantastic tactical card game where every decision matters. Do you reinforce your backline to protect your summoner? Or do you play that card in a forward position to keep the pressure on the enemy? The limited moves and attacks leads to hard choices trying to maximize how much damage you can do while not exposing your summoner to multiple attacks in return. Each faction utilizes different special abilities that, even after dozens of games with them, you'll still be learning.

Its a great adaptation of a card game. It has unique factions, great mechanics and a board makes it closer to a wargame like warhammer than MTG. Second edition (which this is based on) has a great art style and a supportive community, where devs and creators are active. I've played the on site version for over a year now and this app version is a welcomed, amazing improvement. I recommend it to everyone who likes deep tactical game that has possibly a high skill ceiling and a low entrance floor

Simple but solid implementation of a great board game. My only complaint is that there should definitely be an option to change the orientation of enemy cards to match your own. I don't want to be forced to read numbers upside down the whole game.

This is an excellent 2 player card game with excellent implementation in the Android/ios app! I enjoy the depth and replay value that come from the wide variety of factions/decks and their vastly different playstyles. I'm 13 games in after only 1 week and I'm hooked! Plus, I haven't even tried the single player saga stories yet. Give this app try, you won't be disappointed.

Truly the best 1v1 game I've ever played, and 1v1 is my favourite type of game so I've played a lot of different ones. It's got spatial tactics like chess with all the flavour and complexity of a fantasy card game. Amazing selection of decks, lots of freebie options, purchases are super reasonable and never predatory like most other free games out there. Incredible game from an indie company that deserves all the love they can get. Highly recommended -- download and play it now, you'll love it!
