I can't get into app if it detects a nearby device. I have to setup that device before I can use the app? App is useless if it finds a new device. It needs a SKIP SETUP FOR THIS NEW DEVICE button.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE I've tried many similar apps, but this is THE ONLY ONE that WORKS with ALL OF THE SMART DEVICES connected to the LOCAL NETWORK. The app does all the hard work for you, is highly customizable and love the macro functionality. Recently, I had some troubles with my AV receiver, developer was extremely keen to help, I cannot express enough my gratitude for his assistance. Try this app, I can guarantee you will love it. I bought the licence within minutes after installing it

This is an awesome app. Connects to everything so easy and is able to control most devices. Only criticism is the user interface. Although it works amazingly, the user interface looks like it has been made by a novice who just started image design. If the user interface is updated to look smarter and more modern then I would change my review to 5*

Works great with my Sony BDP-S6700 Streaming Player/DLNA with both of my TVs (TCL Roku and LG) *Although a mix-up occured with my intended purchase of the My AV Sony Blu-Ray & PS5 Remote mobile app - rather. No issues to date in over 2 years with this app. Solid and accessible connections too.

Recent update has messed the app up! I only want it to control the TV. I don't want the app to control Philips Hue, but it insist's I connect to it, you just can't ignore the message. So I will dump the app!

Downloaded the app which worked great for a week but then it wouldn't turn on. I emailed the company and they promptly emailed me back and suggested I turn the Onkyo amp off at the wall. Once I turned it back on the app started working again. Great backup from UK.

i paid for the app a few weeka ago. the subscription you pay for is for a year. the app completely stopped working so i had to remove and redownload. but i didnt see it as an issue since i paid through play store for the app anyway. but no i have to repay. the price idd pay for 2 apps id of gotten another new remote!

9 stars for sure. I moved all of my AV Equipment into a closet. All the components are hooked up via Wi-Fi. Myav remote cease all of my equipment and works it flawlessly. I had trouble with my receiver being detected. I contacted the developers who fixed it within 24 hours. These guys are great. I spent many hours looking for a remote that would work on Wi-Fi and this is the only one that would. Great technical support to
