Had a bit of a problem setting up the photo stick, the tutorial screens didnt match my screens. Did an online search and read other setups and was able to get the photo stick to connect properly. Once that happened, downloading all my pics off my Android phone was a breeze. It was so quick, I was able to look back and all my photos were downloaded. So now I can get rid of photos off my phone so I can download other things and my photos are safe.

On Android downloaded app from play store. App at 1st only appeared in System Apps. Did download a FEW pics quickly, but there are more it has not found yet. I have rebooted, reconnected a couple times. Trying to get it to work. Another Stik seemed to work smoothly on my friends iPhone. But Android does not seem to be going very smooth. It has asked to access my CONTACTS a couple times!!! Why??? WHY ??? Default is modify ALL files (not just "media") Hmm. Keeping an eye on it.

What a bear to get it to recognize the stick on a Samsung Flip4. Finally it appeared in the upper left corner. Now can't find a way to safely disconnect. Bought two in 2023 and never did get them to work on a PC. Could never connect with a human at support. It's a disgrace to have them advertised as an ideal buy on CBS Good Morning America!!

I have bought three of these, one 32 and two 128s. I can't make any of them work. The two big ones seem to be incomplete, but that might be me. I would like help with this. My two large ones cost me £150. I am profoundly unimpressed. If the developers could contact me and get me up and running, I would upgrade my star rating.

FAKE PRODUCT. A waste of my money. They don't work despite customer support that only answers via email. Tried several times through customer support. They had me standing on my head with their little instructions which I followed to a T. I had to eat over 100 bucks because, in the end, I was over the 30 day period. They are thieves and don't deserve any stars.

Followed the directions. Downloaded the app, walk thru setup step by step, very easy. Make sure your phone is fully charged before starting backup.

Still haven't been able to activate even after they sent link. I have a Pixel #8 sappose to be compatible. Not. Been 3 months trying different ways n texting the service people. Course u don't get real live agent. Go figure. I was really looking forward to it n now can't return.

What a RIP OFF!!! This is a racket, this is the second photostik I've tried and just like the first, nothing. It just sits with the little light flashing like it's doing something....WRONG. Following inst. to the letter did NOTHING. Trying to ck if any pics were downloaded showed NOTHING. Cking and re cking when error msg. continually pops up that the drive was improperly removed when I hadn't removed it yet?!? This item is worth NOTHING!! DON'T BUY IT!😡
