Keeps saying pin is incorrect...

It automatically logs out no matter what you do, You need to enter ID, pwd and set PIN every single time. App kills itself in the background even if all permissions are given. Forgot/reset password link & button not working at all. Much improved as compared to previous version but still a long way to go

It's a nice app. Although upon clicking on notifications they do not open up. Having an option of search in directory for office name will be great. If one can get to apply/change DDO for pran it will be an added advantage Plus you need to advertise it via texts/ notification to all employees. Thank you

Couldn't Login. App gets automatically log out my account. And now I am trying to login with the same credentials it is showing me invalid error. Even I have changed my password from official website and it is getting login there. But when I am trying again in the app, it is showing me the same error of Invalid Password/ID

worst experience. app saying invalid password but in website password is working. Unable to download payslip even screenshot is disabled. payslip is basic need for every employee. what is the use of app if not able to download or save or take printout of payslip worst app
