Not a great app. I tried to book a cottage for many days, till I was guided bythe site maintenance. After login correctly and selecting the cottage, clear instructions as to where to click are not given. One needs to click on the ' Vacant Rooms available' strip only. Otherwise the page gets stuck. Instead there could be a clear 'CLICK HERE'. All the AC rooms in Dhiraj Dham are mentioned as non-AC ....?? Needs great overhaul and easy navigability.

I use this app for cottage booking. But it shows only 3 cottages. It does not show Damodar and Dhirajdham cottages. I am unable to book. Not a useful app. I fact last year it was showing all the cottages. It appears there are problems in updated version.

Very very good app and seva for all vaishnavs over the world. But I have noticed in the last updated version is that in calendar section we can't see tithi& shringar pranalika of upcoming days . That was available in previous version of the app. So I request you to please provide facility that was in the previous version of this app.

I liked it but I don't get kirtan that is sumg by nathdwara shaili people. It was in the old version of your app but it not able to get. So can you put that nathdwara shaili kirtan again so that we also enjoy the aesthetic joy of nathdwara. I hope you will do something after reading this. Jay shree krishna 🙏

Worst app ever seen. While registering, the background is in white and fonts also in white. Unable to understand what I am typing. How am I suppose to register. Application too slow. Tried on different network and device.

Worst app ever , everytime I try to book a room they show availablity but as soon as I tap on it no detail is shown. I m trying since three days but nothing is happening better you should start booking rooms over a call or make a user friendly app and what is this ek mahine pehle hi book hoga yeh nahi hoga woh nahi hoga than what's the purpose of advance planning of you don't accept our booking I don't get the logic behind this. I won't recommend this app to anyone

While coming to home page , app is not allowing me to register my email ID, just showing that error occurred. It is pathetic for vaishnav Jan. I wonder if prompt softech is regularly getting monthly payments from temple board , after giving such poor performance , not able to booking of cottages
