super simple. I've been over weight most my adult life and I've tried every diet known to man. I had always gotten results but never met my goal. The fact is, most diets aren't sustainable. Great experience with this app so far. I recommend it if you're looking for an easy way to talk with a medical professional at your convenience. Been using it for about a month now. Simple, does what it says it will, and makes communicating with your chosen medical provider easy since it lets you talk to them via a chat style interface. THANK YOU developers for creating an app that simply does what it has to without unnecessary stuff added. Simple and easy to understand user interface.

this app originally was very glitchy and frustrating but I tolerated it because the service provided is amazing and unobtainable elsewhere. Now the actual app functions perfectly for me. combine that with amazing service and a great provider, I recommend push to anyone needing basic care via online to anyone who will listen. Push is perfection! but to be fair, I have a great online provider that I've had since day 1. that will make or break the experience you have

The app is simple enough to use. A feature I either can not find or do not exist is the ability to request a specific dr. I like my Dr okay, but communication is terribly slow and other than waiting on them to "chat back" you're out of luck if they aren't good with communication. I would have loved to have the option to make requests or to change doctors. or at the very least there should be a place where we can rate our doctors in communication and services.

I definitely would have given 5 stars, but I had a frustrating experience last time. There's a lack of communication visit 2 visit making some situations difficult. I had a med sent in wrong and had a hell of a time getting them to fix it. It was called in wrong a 2nd time. Finally was right, but paid full price twice for this. Was told next time is free. I've been trying to explain this to them since Oct 11th. I sent a screenshot and I'm still waiting.

i feel that the provider I was assigned, is too busy or something, communication with her takes forever, and she is never clear with her instructions on how it will work or what steps are next, I always have to ask her to clarify what she meant. its not a quick process at all.
