Really poor, avoid this! Disconnects from WiFi regularly and you have to set it up again Rach time. Also unless every household member installs the app on their phone, no one else can control the heating which means if the person with the app is out, everyone else has to sit in the cold or text them to turn it on! Also lacks basic functions like an 'advance' setting (start the schedule a bit earlier,). Regret having this massively

We had our new heating installed today. We tried several times, with different phones, but the thermostat will not link to the app. It is connected to our wifi, but linking it to our account on the app doesn't work. Not even when we try using the serial number. Very unfortunate when one needs the app to program the heating.

Sometimes the boiler does not follow the scheduling as set in the app! I had set the schedule for 00:00-08:00 at 16 degrees, and yet twice I have been woken up by the heat at 6am. I check the app and i see it set at 20 degrees ON ITS OWN, even though the app says "scheduling active, 16 degrees until 08:00"..... No more scheduling for me, back to Manual. Please sort it out

The user interface is better than previous version. The new version was working fine but since about a week ago my app has stopped communicating with the thermostat. The phone will not connect with the AP wifi network so I cannot configure to connect to the home wifi network which means the thermostat can communicate the app on my phone. Therefore I have no functionality from the app. ATAG now tell me this issue was platform wide. I now have full functionality back.

And here we are again, for my yearly update when the developers break something and my app no longer connects to the thermostat. Tried all the troubleshooting things (that they now so helpfully provide in app). Of course, nothing works. I really hope one year, they give me the present of not breaking something so I dont have to waste my time trying to troubleshoot.

Having used the app for just over 2 years now, I can say the stability of the app and the OneZone WiFi connectivity has improved. However some changes to the app has been disappointing. The major change was only being able to set a single comfort temp for heating. I used to set a higher temp for the morning, but that's no longer possible unless you manually set the thermostat. Also I really wish they would add a hot water boost function.

Utterly useless The app won't adjust the schedule for our thermostat, leaving at the default program which is incredibly wasteful. ATAG should be ashamed of such a terrible performance. (I might have fixed this by changing the Schedule Mode Type in Advanced Setting from Advanced Schedule to Time Program, but I'm not going to give them an extra star just yet.) (Updated to two stars in appreciation of the well-designed Help overlay.)

Connects quickly and easy to the wifi now, all functions seem to work nicely, remote controll via the app goes smooth. Only downside is you can't adjust the schedule without the app, needs wifi constantly for it to show errors too it seems (like low pressure) . Wish it was more functional without wifi too. Besides that it now works great!
