Scooters have constant error codes. Its about 1 in 4 chance to get an error code once you start your ride. Some days it's even more common. Once you get your error code, you lose one unlock and some of your time. If youre lucky, there might be another scooter nearby, but if you're unlucky, that same error happens to that one aswell... which has happened to me several times. Yes, you can get your unlocks back via support ticket, but you must do it every time, or they wont believe you after

The app works perfectly fine for me but the map should explain what the different areas mean, maybe a button to the corner that just says "legend" and then explain what every color means. Some areas are purple, red, yellow and orange. And of course the non colored parts.

People seem to have a lot of different style of technical problems. These scooters came to our city not long time ago. I was little bit scared because of other reviews but still gave it a try. I had no problems what others had. Everything worked fine with account creating, all scooters work fine every time. My girlfriend also uses them and same result as me. Only thing is that i wish they went faster than 19kmh. I was thinking they all go 25.

Worked perfectly for a whole day in Finland. No problems with registering a new account, Captchas, or activating the rollers and driving them. I switched to maybe 4 different rollers during the day, and every one started and stopped perfectly. Thanks for a 5/5 first experience with this type of transport.

The app and bikes work reasonably well, but I can't find anywhere settings or even information how I could change my registered name. My legal name changed recently but the phone number will not change. I find this annoying because I do not like seeing the old name and it is wrong.

Worst app ever!🤣 I spent almost 30 minutes trying to solve their Captcha and when I finally succeed it won't send the code and I have to spend another 30 minutes solving Captcha's to resend the code which also fails and puts me back to solving Captcha's all over again!🤬 You can log into the website but there is nothing you can do their either! So, if you enjoy solving endless Captcha's for no reason then this is the app for you!👍

It doesn't send the code to sign-up. And every time you want to send a new code, cos you haven't received it, it just forces you to add a captcha. Which is very hard to do when you're outside in the sun or it's raining... So infuriating experience

Doesn't work, the app is slow, when I tried to Park in an allowed zone, didn't work. Had to restart my location and the app charged me for those extra 2 minutes...
