Zum Driver is a great app for those providing safe student transportation. It offers flexibility, allowing drivers to choose their rides in advance and manage schedules. The app provides clear ride details, including payment estimates, directions, and student info, ensuring smooth pickups and drop-offs. Real-time navigation and transparent payments make the experience seamless. Actually, it's a 10/10 app!

The app needs to be more efficient and intuitive for drivers. Google maps is stationary, not a live navigation and Waze is not an option. So having to manually pen Waze is a hassle. So is having to flip back forth between text app and zum app to accept new current day rides and having to work out our schedule. Waste of time. Time is money. Also, inconsistent rates and fares, and the app doesn't show a running total of what I've done and how much i'm due to be paid. Do I have to manually liketo track of my rides... I use screen shots... and how much I should get paid. Last but not least... the app takes forever to load, minutes not seconds, and it freezes and crashes often leaving me with a kid in the car and not knowing where to bring them. I have to call zum and have them text me the info.

The navigation system acts up all the time it freezes, it will shut down, it will tell you that you're not there when you're there, it doesn't always pick up when you start your ride and it causes the company to call you
