If I could rewind back time, I would definitely not make the decision of getting into business with these guys. The App is trash and is not user friendly and the refresh rate is 120 seconds, even though the salesman was throwing out 6 second ping times when I was first signing up. You will not be able to see your assets move every 6 seconds on the App, because the refresh rate is 120 seconds, which is supposedly the "industry standard". I would definitely go with ATTI or Network Fleet instead.

This app sucks. No one at Omnitrac can help with it either. Map expands, equipment and descriptions don't. Unless you have a high power magnifying glass you can't read it. I have called and emailed and still can't get help. DON'T GET THE APP. Actually don't use Omnitrac at all. Lousy system and no knowledgeable support.

It was fine, but since the last update hasn't worked. Authentication failed messages every time.

Loses service constantly! It wants you to keep paper logs constantly very shaky platform that it's built on. Surprised DOT let's be used, very easily manipulated

MULTIPLE ERROR MESSAGES DAILY. APPS HAVE BUGS. APPS CRASH & ARE NOT USER-FRIENDLY. BAD SOFTWARE = INCOMPETENT DEVELOPERS!

Why does this not have an driver app for phone than just tablet. Using the phone like motive and samsara is way easier
