I don't normally review apps but I have loved this app. The content is great and I like that Coach E and the team aren't trying to bring attention to themselves unlike a lot of what you find with other fitness apps. He uses the anatomical terms and there are a lot of new techniques that have been helping me. The videos sometimes load slowly but I'm not sure if that is my network or their library. I highly recommend it.

I've only had this app set up for one day, but so far, the learning curve has been decent. I'm sure I'll benefit even more once I get comfortable in it, but I'm super super impressed already! So well organized, videos to demonstrate are clear and to the point (thus not losing my attention) and the exercises and other modalities are spot on. Truly, I'm amazed that a brand new app can be this good already.

A really great system. It has excellent exercises, each one well presented in a 1-minute video. It has a calendar to remind you when to do them. There is a daily warm up routine, and ongoing exercises on various days. If you like the YouTube videos, you should like the exercises here. It is oriented towards getting you to buy a $10 a month subscription which is absolutely worth it. Anytime I've had a question or problem, they have answered within a couple hours during the business day.

This is a great app, complementary to the excellent YouTube video series on the Precision Movement channel. I am at 40 days in a row with the daily movement patterns and I have gone through several of the routines. It's a fresh take (new to me, at least) on mobility, not just traditional passive stretching, and it has been very useful to me. There are frequent updates with new routines, please keep them coming.

Does what it says on the label! I have been using Eric's programs on and off for 6 years. More off than on lately, however the launch of this app brought me back to Coach E's circle. I'm glad - I have frequent hip and shoulder/upper back pain due to the work I do (sitting in car, interspersed with a lot of upper body work in awkward positions.) I know that as I approach middle age, I need to do more maintenance of my strength, flexibility, range of motion. This app is fantastic motivation!

I have dealt with pain for years, PT, Chiropractors, stretching, massage etc. Nothing has helped my pain and functionality like this. Some excercises are a bit challenging but get easier with practice. i feel as if i am actually getting to the core problems and correctting. I was in the stretch it out til it hurts camp but not anymore. Found videos on youtube but the app is so much more effective.

Nice clean app, and very easy to use. Exceptional instruction, with body-safe exercises to improve strength, range of motion, balance/control, and prevent future pain and injury. As a physician who specializes in neuromusculoskeletal medicine, I couldn't recommend the content produced by Precision Movement more highly. Their exercises are unique, science-based, and yield excellent results. This group has quickly become my go-to resource for patient exercises, and invaluable movement education.

Worth every penny. Great routines and exercises and good instructions. Videos are perfect, not like some YouTubers. The people in these videos are strong and mobile and slow with excellent form, like you want to be. I have a lot of tightness in my hip area and this app is nearly as good as going to a physical therapist in person- a great supplement. Just wish it also had more for TMJ!
