The G

It does not remember the searched AWBs and will not connect addresses to packages, so the app is useless unless you are primarily a sender. The company will use any missing contact info as an excuse to not deliver, then their system will tag the package as "refused" even though they will not make any attempt to physically deliver. I gave them two stars for the pretty interface.

Awful, awful app, such a bad development for it, it's full of bugs, the first time user promotional campaign does not work, the chat bot is a mess, I would feel very bad to be part of the implementation of this disaster. I'm not even talking about the bad service they have as a delivery company, the lack of customer support (if the line is busy, no need to wait, they hang up on you) and the multiple other low quality services (kicking boxes with products in their local storage, etc.)

Fake advertisment. One of my parcels got delayed for about 2 weeks so I needed to change the delievery address of the Easy Box as I wasn't in the destination city anymore. I checked everywhere and all of the information and advertisment said that the only way to change this address is through this app. Well... the app doesn't have this feature. Tried looking into all of the available menus and options, but no such thing. Really annoyed as I kept getting notifications for an unaccesible location.

Extremely disappointing service provider with an unreliable application and non-existent customer support. Unfortunately, some major e-shops rely on them for shipping, leaving us with no choice but to deal with their subpar services—or lack thereof.

I always get a message that I've missed a delivery. Even when I'm home, got no phone call or ring on the doorbell, and the couriers never pick up the phone when you try to find out what happened. Usually they mark it as missed delivery and only actually deliver after 4-5 hours without any further information, I guess they have targets they're trying to meet at the expense of the client.

Just don't use their service. I sent a package one month ago and it just got lost. I sent countless emails and their answer was always vague, saying that they are sorry but cannot find the AWB that they associated with my delivery, and to send them more information about the package: color, what it contains and things like that. Multiple emails like this without any solution to them not delivering the package. Not to mention it happened again one week ago. Run from their service. Don't use it!

Not needed extra step? Package doesn't fit in easybox - "please provide address". The address is saved under my account, in the app. I just needed to click on "use that address". They could've give me the package. Instead they took it back, asked me the address, and came back 2! days later ... "sameday"

Very disappointed. The service itself is good, but the application is useless, I can also track the order from Emag or other platforms you work with. In the application I expected there to be a "virtual chat" or something to help me, but no, it redirects me back to the application where I ordered
