Pathetic. You will never take able to book any appointments because each time the app will throw an error of MPIN mismatch even after putting the same MPIN. This is nonsense. You will never get the OTP to reset password. Even if you Uninstall n install again then app will show same errors for eternity. Useless app and I don't know why a reputed hospital like Aster CMI is using this app. They had better app before.

This app has replaced a very sound and easy system of video consultations at Aster thro computer booking. Now this Graph My health app is difficult to use and I wish Aster gets back to the earlier system of video consultations thro computer or at least have that additional option also.

Worst unprofessional app I have ever seen. I used this app to book vedio consultation at St John's hospital. Twice it failed to connect during apointmnet time. After first failure they rescheduled from hospital side. But during the second visit no one even tried to connect through the app. I lost my consultation fee and two weeks time. Funny part of this app is you need to wait for two to three days for registration.

Very poorly designed app. The Video calls don't work. This is a buggy app. It is quite disappointing that a leading brand like Aster would align with such a buggy app.

Very poor service, I paid consultant fee and waited for call connecting. It was showing that initiating but it was not done. After delayed of 15 minutes,got a call but it disconnected and never connected. No one replies and waste of money.looting money.

I created an account and tried to login using the mpin which had set. But the app says wrong mpin and doesn't allow me to login at all. Tried to reset the mpin multiple times but to no avail

Waste app. Tried to reschedule the appointment. It cancelled my appointment and now it doesn't allow to book appointment with the doctor. Too many issues with video call as well. Bad experience

Unresponsive. Trying to open app it says new version available to update though app is up to date. And it's just not opening. And unable to download the prescription
