For consumer with roof top solar, this app shows just the total units exported. For exported units, it does not show historical data hour/day/month wise like it does for imported units. If this fearure can be added, it will be perfect. Otherwise, this app is awesome. Got almost everything a common consumer would need to track the usage. It is fast and reliable. Shows data up to date almost always.

Many functions don't work and there are a lot of bugs. I wanted to check unusually high consumption for past few months but the historical deduction chart doesn't even load. Have two connections so wanted to link both, but it doesn't work. Govt. bodies need to reconsider this move towards digitialization everywhere given their incompetence. Pathetic app, built by an even more pathetic organization.

This could be such a helpful app, but as is with all Bihar government work, the developers have fleeced the tax payers money. The app asks to get a critical update and there is none, neither does the app work. I added another account and the the screen goes blank and does even return back to my original account. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Every now and then you need to keep entering the password again, when it has already been instructed to "remember the password".

There is no live information function. You can't view the hourly consumption on time. Should be developed to a transparent information providing app. You only can be satisfied with recharge function.

Downloaded it without realising that this app is made for some specific cities only. This app has quite good features as per I've seen in the videos but I really wish that they make this app available to everyone. Also if you try to sign up with a Consumer ID that's not from the supported cities, it'll not work & you won't even be able to type the Consumer ID in the column. So don't try that, it'll be a waste of time, even I somehow manage to type it in but it gave an error in the end 🥲

Worst app ever. This app frequently malfunctions, showing incorrect readings and not open at the time of recharge then how can I recharge. Customer support has been unresponsive, adding to the frustration. Overall, the service feels unreliable and misleading, making it a major disappointed.

i had worst experience with this app .yesterday i charged it with ₹100and today it shows -536.7 without any explanation i checked my consumption i didnt even use it .atleast it should provide some explanation on the app about the reason for deduction this app has lot of bugs ,home page takes forever to open at end the worst app
