Recent updates seem to have made this app completely unpredictable and mostly useless. It had been a great tool for arming and disarming the house as well as monitoring activity away from home. Now it connects less than 10 percent of the time or requires logging in every time.

Horrible. Dashboard shows disarmed and has two non-functional arming buttons. Virtual keypad shows correct status but still lacks arm/disarm functions. Absolute waste of an app. Developers should be ashamed to have their names associated with this garbage.

Constant issues after updates. Now asking to add cameras. But I just want to access my security box to turn it on and off as usual. The app now asks to add a camera. And it won't show the usual page with access to remote turn on and off the alarm. Insanely frustrating.

App barely connects to the service any more. I have to clear thhe app cache and data, re-enter my login credentials, and then it connects immediately. As soon as i exit the darn app stops connecting again. Very frustrating.

Works very sporadically. Biggest fault is you use correct password but it does not recognize. You then have to reinstall app and it's good for maybe 24 hours then do all over again...very inconvenient...

If this app were a kid's summer project, I wouldn't be so critical. This is about home security. The app is very undependable. I get "null " strings on the screen. Very unprofessionally built.

App isn't working at all. Cleared data, cache, reinstalled and it doesn't work anymore.

The app does not work. You have to uninstall it and installed it again for it to work 10/11/2021 again we have an issue with this app telling me I have no account... please fix it
