They are unprofessional doctors. They will end consultation for no reason. Consultation ended right after I explained my symptoms. Don't even bother, it's a waste of time and $. Those wannabes doctors need to go back to doctor school and learn number one rule. It's how to respect and treat their patience.

Used this app for the first time as there was an emergency at around 6 a.m and it was quite difficult for me to get to the Hospital. Dr Abeer Hafiz heard me out with patience and advised me accordingly. She also helped me diagnose the illness and reassured that every thing is fine and under control. She showed commendable loyalty to the profession!

A great initiative in these days. Few suggestions 1. Prescription should be easily available in the menu. 2. During the signup process selecting the previous year is extremely difficult. Please change the calendar control so it can be easily input.

Excellent experience. 3 days ago my 8 years old son injured his finger I consult the child specialist via this app, she prescribed me medicines and sent me email now my child is getting better. No need to go outside unnecessarily.I am very satisfied. She gave me her precious time to hear the case. Nice effort Keep it up. Here are a few recommendations: Kindly add the voice notes to this app and a notification bell should be added to the favourite consultant when appear as online 👍👍👍

Really a nice app for the people who are not able to go out and can't afford the very expensive doctors out there. My experience while consultation is really satisfied. I recommend all of you to please download and register the app.

Great platform but app and website sucks..support us great as well. But they really need to work on app and website compatibility, there competitor Marham on the other hand has such a great platform and they stay on top on it.
