I love that the support staff is very responsive. IF there is an issue it gets fixed fast. SM allows my office to schedule appointments based on proximity to another scheduled appointment cutting drive time and maximizing services rendered in any area. I can't think of a report needed that they don't provide in some way. I am able to customize and automate proposals, invoices and emails. Data import is super easy. The "Out of the Box" features make this the best CRM my company has ever used.

The app is miles behind the desktop version which is too much of everything already. it's too customizable I guess it's to account for all the different types of businesses that might utilize it but I find so many of its features to be completely unnecessary the user interface is clunky and common Sense scheduling things and undo features are not present. as for the app it constantly needs to be updated It seems like a constant work in progress which is a little disconcerting after two years

The app keeps crashing on me, it started with it crashing when i went to upload a photo or take a photo but now its doing it anytime i click on something. I use this for work a lot and it would be great if this was fixed, it also would skip to the next page before i input anything or if i did input something but didnt click the continue button and it went ahead anyways then it erases all of the stuff i had typed in.

Crashed, and when I reinstall, it says it can't open due to the developer having to fix a bug.

Every week we need to log back in and are forced to remember a password that needs to be changed constantly. It should obviously not be this way. It needs to keep us logged in unless we log out, like Facebook or literally any other app. I also have issues zooming in with attachments or pictures. I know that the owner of our company uses this app because he is forced to. In addition I can't add any notes to an already created calendar event, like color changes or additional upsellingofworkitems

This app could be great but it is far from it now. Constantly crashes, hard to upload pictures, and super slow. I un installed it from my phone today on their suggestion and now it won't let me download it. Don't bother with this mess.

Don't know where to start except this app is the only app in my life that has the ability to anger me beyond normalcy. Important information related to appointments should be chached in the app. That being said if you travel for appointments and the cell signal is weak you will figure out what I mean.You won't be able to login as it only denies the login.So now you cannot get into service minder to look at appointments. I can give you some tips to help with the probs that the whole company has

This is the Donald Trump of apps. Somehow managed to be worse than the desktop version. This doesn't do anything particularly well. I can create better routes by dipping a brick in some tar and throwing it at a globe. Easter Island statues have better load times. And why does this send a message to literally everyone about everything? I really dont need to know every time an applicator sees a duck or a cloud shaped like a duck.
