This app has the worst costumer support I've ever tried.I filed for a password change a couple of weeks ago, nothing. And it wouldn't let me add another account on this device so I tried deletingand redownloading it and then it just wouldn't work for like a week and a half only to have the same issues when it worked after last update. I then tried contacting customer support twice to tell them about the problemsandboth times the conversation ended without a text from eitherworkers whowereactive.

Excellent teacher, poor application Just too many bugs already. Like who developed this app? Too slow... unresponsive...poor UI...Massive cache and trash files And the app is considered as a virus? What's even more bothering is it literally has the most awful "security" limitations I reinstalled it and the app now is just giving me a black screen and crashes. Too shameful a great teacher with great educational benefits gets ruined by this terrible experience.

Well, After I watch the first session in this app, there's a big amount of bugs here 1- Its too lazy to make account encrypted on mobiles only!, Make it also on pc, someone like me or anyone using pc is better in studying!!!! 2- videos are not always screen on display, which make any device automatically off 3- too laggy, and too much time to take a decision on it, like to put a coupon and apply it, too much time 4- really we need to make it on PC's, its better for any student, and for you!!

Good app, but why are you putting this stricked rules, I mean when I want to cast the session on my TV, only a black screen appears on the screen. Students who don't have a PC like me need this feature. You should allow casting on TVs, It will facilitate listening without destroying our eyes as a result of watching a session for more than 3 hours.

The app is great but , Why can't I open Bluetooth on it? I use wireless Bluetooth earphones and unfortunately I can't use them because of the warning about security to turn off Bluetooth. 2nd thing , I hope you provide an app of 32 bit on Windows because my laptop is a bit old and I can't download the 64 bit on my laptop Thanks

Not suitable for every device which makes it a difficult experience and too hard to continue on, the idea of the app is good but making it just available to work on Android phones or iOS ipads or iphones rather than a quite bigger screens such as laptops is quite a silly thing because those small screens will sacrifice the children's convenience and health for the sake of the lesson's " SECURITY " please put our problems in consider and start taking actions.

So many problems .. I am on the last update and it makes that ..when i try to open the app it closes and when it opens after a long time of attemption the videos couldn't run well it always makes a blackscreen Please make an update fixing all of our problems

Every time I open the app it's stuck on the "data is loading now" and I can't access anything, I gave it every single permission, tried to reinstall but nothing works and I legit can't watch the lectures.
