Need to update its filtering feature. Though I selected the AC bus, It’s also shows some Non-AC bus in the list. Also, many operators are missing in the filtering list and many unnecessary boarding point lists in the filtering option. Include time filtering options in a range of time not a single specific time which is inefficient. Thanks for the consideration.

this is how it looks when you don't really work on something. the ui/ux is the most awful i've ever seen!

403 forbidden appearing on the mobile app. Cannot select origin and destination in the web app, hence cannot go any further forward. Has to be the worst designed/maintained app ever used.

This is the most user unfriendly service app I have ever used. The ui is horrible to navigate. Navigating through the calendar is so slow and unresponsive. The worst issue is that every time I install and use the app, a few days later the app doesn't work and tells me to allow additional permissions. Even if I do allow every single permission it still doesnt work and I have to reinstall. Garbage app.

It takes alternatives routes and fare gets higher for that. It has problems with setting location. My location is showing wrong but if I want to correct the location it doesn't work. The app also crashes frequently. Also it asks to connect internet while I am already connected. I tried both wifi and mobile data.

This app is out and out horrible. I have placed an order for food. An hour I have waited and no messages or call I got. I thought I could explore others options on the app while I'm waiting. Guess what, the options for booking bus and launch tickets don't work as well. I have tried different dates, different roots but in every case I was shown that no trips are available. I have tried a lot of apps, and this surely is the worst one I've found till date.
