Simple in/out app not working for me. Automatic check-in and outs have stopped working. None of my settings have changed, my phone is up to date, and I have tried many different trouble shooting methods. Save your money and purchase a different software that actually works.

The app has a couple annoying navigation features. I'm forced to use it through my job so I'm writing what needs improvement. Why can't I see my status history when I click my name on the badge tab or when I click on "my profile" ? Those are clearly the most obvious places to put info related to me. I need to check status history a lot for timesheet purposes and I have to click on the board tab and scroll down through a hundred people in my office, find my name and click on myself to have the option to see status history. This is extremely cumbersome for a "simple" app with a handful of purposes. Another suggestion, you have 3 widget options for Android. 2 show statuses and one is just a button that opens the exact same app - so it's not even a real widget. Why not have a widget that is the QR badge itself? So i can have that on my home screen and I don't even need to open the app and click the badge tab - I have it right there. That's the purpose of widgets, to circumvent actions and make info from an app instantly available on your home screen. App needs basic user interface improvement.

Our company has remote and independent field workers out on the land. We use this application for employees to post their location for the day and sign out when home safe for the day. It works very well. The app allows for grouping of users, reminders and safety notifications. The app is simple and functional. Our employees use it without needing to be coaxed or coached to use it because it is simple and convenient. This is much simpler and effective than a shared calendar for our purpose.

This app is not free so I could not fully test it. There is a trial period but I didn't want to put in all the effort just to uninstall it later. The developer is quick to respond to queries and seek solutions so if I were a business I'd definitely give it a look.

Simple In/Out network updates are perfectly simple. With multiple sites my phone connects to the SSID at the site I am at and updates Simple In/Out so that staff can see where I am. It couldn't be Simpler.

the app does not recognize my phone consistently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with all the permissions. phone is an android, not impessed at all.

It does exactly as it says, log you in as soon as you enter the preset geofence of your destination. And it log you out as you exit. Very accurate.
