Finally after not being able to use the app and hear my tattoo for almost 2 years the recent update they did I can use it again 🙂. Don't know what they did but yet again the app doesn't pick up my tattoo just sits there and scans doesn't play, paid $50 with the special for 10 years and have only been able to use it for 1.5 years out of 5 so far still waiting on at least a partial refund for an app that rarely works

I had some problems reading my tattoo, so I contacted the support area, and they worked on it until it worked. I'm so grateful to the support area, especially with Chelsea

This app it's a joke, I wount play my Soundwave it's soo disappointing that you get yourself this type of tattoo to be able to hear you love ones voice, and the out of no where you can't log into the app and hear those voices that could make that hard day just go by a bit more easier, it's just sad!!!!

I love my tattoo and get compliments and questions about it all the time. But rarely does the app ever play my tattoo's audio clip. I will log out, log back in, always update, restart my phone, use mobile data, try wifi, etc. The app rarely ever works and it is very disappointing and embarrassing. More people would get these if it actually worked when I tried to show it off!

No longer works. Have had 3 years. Had no problems untill they took my last payment. Also can not get a response from anyone about the issue. This was so awesome when it was working. It breaks my heart to know i paid for a service that I will probably never be able to use again. Have tried reaching out to skin motion several times. Each time getting the same generated message with. No anwsers or help to get my service working.

This app is a joke. Can't make an account on the actual website for one, it just never sends the confirmation email. For two they have a button in the app to contact customer support that doesn't actually do anything. None of the artists are reputable and there are hundreds of people that these 'artists' have failed because even after getting the tattoo there's an 80 percent chance the app won't even read it correctly. Don't waste your time with these hacks

great concept, maybe allow user sourced waves to be used. I have a sound wave tat that wasnt by a skin motion tattooist so its not in the library and the app doesnt recognize it. if i was able to upload the audio clip that the tattoo is based on I could then use the app to hear it.

It sucks that you have to pay such high amounts of $$$ to listen to your tattoo and then the app just gives a black screen when you want to scan the sound wave. This is the dopest idea. Now maybe you guys can make it actually work and not cost a small fortune.
