While the device itself works and I have notice improvement, the device itself being locked behind requiring internet access is wrong. This is supposed to be a medical device that anyone can use at any time, not locked behind an internet requirement. If they allow offline use like every other medical device out there, it would be 5 stars.

Terrible app! 24 hours after install I am still waiting on the confirmation text. The fact that this thing won't work without the app is IDIOTIC. I hope someone from Excite sees this. Just have the controller be a press button timer. Had to call the company for a work around to access the app because it won't send me a text. I got in, did my therapy, closed out the app because I was done, and just for giggles I tried to get back in. I had to reverify everything. Still no text to my phone. 😡

This app needs work. The session frequently "disconnects" after 19 of 20 minutes of therapy and when it reconnects it prompts you to do the entire session again. Annoying. Needs a function to reconnect immediately to ongoing session. Stop forcing me to answer health questions before I can do therapy. I hate it and always rapid click through the answers, thus skewing your data anyways. The reaction time test should have an end. It just continues endlessly.

Defective. Near the end of some sessions, the program malfunctions and loses the data from the session. Reconnecting the does not restore the data. The app falsely shows a session not yet done. Technical support does not accept responsibility and blames problems on users and their equipment, despite users doing everything as instructed. It is a waste of time communicating with Support on this issue.

This app is awful. In order for me to complete a session i have to move my Fitbit to another room (it causes a priority issue with Bluetooth), restart my phone, and uninstall/install the app. It consistently stops mid session and I don't know if I will be able to complete the full therapy. Customer support is there, but they can't figure out the problem. I can't tell if it has made a difference because of all the issues I have had. I would not recommend thos product.

The app does what it needs to but in in serious need of some changes. First, nobody cares about reaction time tests. Please get rid of this useless feature or at least let us disable the notification for it. Second, let us set a schedule for when we want to do our twice a week therapy and then give a reminder of we miss a session. Giving me a reminder every day that it's time for a session is annoying.

Almost unusable. App constantly crashes and locks up. Uninstall, reinstall, force shutdown sometimes would help but now latest attempt at reinstall app just sits at pending. I've tried it on a Google pixel 6 and an iphone 11 both devices have serious issues with the app. They seriously need to rebuild the app. The devs on this one failed miserably and I can't use my device because of it

First let me say that the device itself did help my mild sleep apnea significantly. I no longer wake up with headaches. In that regard, I am 100% satisfied with the DEVICE. The app is a pain in the butt. It frequently doesn't work, won't link to device, sends error messages. Why does this device have to run on an app???? My therapy was interrupted whenI took a trip where there was no internet. Ridiculous. Make the device work on its own and get rid of the app.
