Horrible. When I first set up a workout, it was having everything run in 10 second increments instead of the times I set. I re-entered everything. Halfway through the workout it would restart so I would have 2 workouts running simultaneously. I tried closing the app and restarting and had the same problem. The app on my watch doesn't talk or vibrate so I have no idea when to change without either counting myself (defeating the purpose of the app) or staring at my watch limiting my workouts

I have only used this once so far, but so happy to find this app. I have one warmup routine I use and paying a subscription to have it on my watch was not something I would do. This is perfect - one-time fee, get a timer on my watch -and even backup to google drive! Perfect.

if you have any intervals that are over once minute long, it doesn't show the minutes, only the seconds. For example if you have an interval of 1:15 (75 seconds), it will count down from 15 to 0, then start again at 59. it's very confusing.
