Accessibility notification for parents (Android)
Parents are notified whenever the accessibility permission is disabled on their child’s device. Enabling this permission prevents removal of the Safe & Found app and VPN.
Location sharing notification for children
Safe & Found notifies children on their Child dashboard whenever Safe & Found is sharing their location with other family members.

This app use to work great, but now that it has been updated, it doesn't locate very well. Other users in the group are not even given the ability to locate each other. It takes a long time to pinpoint where a person is. And quite often, it gives me the wrong area where a person is. It use to locate in real time and could follow the person, not anymore. You have to refresh constantly to see an estimated location. I am not happy with it anymore.

This app was fantastic when it was Sprint. Since T-Mobile took it over it is literally useless. It does not open the majority of the time. When it does open it shows the majority of family members cannot be located. It is not user friendly like the old app. I keep paying for it hoping T-Mobile will fix it, but so far nothing has been done to improve it. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

For $10 a month, it should work! Ever since T-Mobile took it over, it doesn't do live tracking and always says my wife and kids have their location off. My wife and I have S22 Ultra phones, so I know it isn't a device issue. The app also randomly deletes me and makes me sign back up, other times it just plain won't open regardless of being up to date. This app has become absolute garbage, and the fact my wife and daughter have been gone 90 minutes with no notification from either says its broke.

Ever since T- Mobile took over Sprint, Safe & Found does not keep up to date on the location of the synced devices. Notifications of where devices are don't show until 20-40 minutes after the devices have left the house. Additionally, it doesn't follow the devices well as they are traveling. It shows the synced devices at places that are not even within the county or state, especially when two devices are at the same place at the same time. Very disappointed in the way the app runs now.

There was a massive update a while back and the accuracy of the program was greatly improved. I think the way it interacts with a location's wifi can greatly impact the accuracy. I am pleased with this app. I have friends who use other apps similar to keep track of their family members and they all are pretty much the same.

The response time is almost an hour off. Showed my son miles from where he was for hours. Unreliable. My husband left home almost an hour ago. It just beeped telling me he left, time stamped at the current time almost an hour off. Needs an update button. At times it hadn't updated for all for up to 12 hours. Frustrating!! Especially since I pay for this service.

Updated 9/4/23...keeps 'not responding' 2 of my family members and I can't add pictures to my family. Cleared the cache and still noting. Doesn't need updating because I checked. Keeps going down hill!! Since the update, my app keeps logging me out and I am the primary. I have searched and cannot find any support or help to show me what to do. Also, the other two devices have changes their profile picture however they are now back to the old ones. How can I fix this?

This application needs to be made more accessible to those using talkback or voice assistant on android devices. When using accessibility options on android you can not tell which section you are in maps, family members, parental controls, places, or settings. Also utilization of the maps feature within this app is impossible to navigate with accessibility features turned on. I have a difficult time monitoring the location of my husband and stepdaughter's cell phones.
