For Non rev travel on other airlines this app is extremely helpful. It's a non rev community. You place a request on loads for a particular flight, and usually, they get answered very quickly! You earn credits when you answer requests and pay a credit for load informative. The app works great. The only area where I could see improvement is providing how many jumpseaters and if they are pilot or fa. Enjoy the app!

Always freezes and takes forever for the airport to show up in the list when type 3 letter code. Example today i opened the app and had to wait a min or so before I could type in an airport code and had to wait anothwr 30-45 secs before it gave me a list of aiports after putting it 3 letter code. Then it does the same for desination airport. Sometimes, it freezes all together and can't type anything in. Have a close app and restart. It's just really slow.

App used to work great. A few months ago app started being slow. Search for flights and airport doesn't register. Have to open reopen the app. Trying to answer flights is so slow. I keep waiting for a new android version but no updates. Borderling unusable now. Sad because it used to be a great app. Edit: Changed review to reflect that the developer got back quickly with a fix which indeed fixed. The app works perfectly now. Thank you

App was working great for the longest time until the most recent update. I don't know why but when I type in the to/from airport codes, the drop down box doesn't pop up anymore and I can't even type in the code and press enter. This is very frustrating because I use this mainly for my commutes but 99% of the time, it doesn't work for me anymore. I'm an android user. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but developers, if you see my message, please address and fix this asap! Thanks!

I love the information the app provides. Only 3 stars because the drop down box with scroll is annoying. I should just be able to type in the numbers when responding. Also, when you snag a flight to look up, don't accidentally click back, or, poof! Gone! I thought the whole point of giving me 5 minutes is to give me 5 minutes! Nope. Close the app and you lost your chance. Settings could use better options for notification. It's either on or off. So if my sound is on, the app alerts non s

efficient way to know load of other airlines for our personal travel. registration requires verification of employment, which may delay the process but protects us from getting unwanted people in the system. once registered, app is clean, fast and people are quick to help each other. typically takes 1 minute to get load on any flight. great app. highly recommended to any airline employee traveling for leisure.

Update to my former review: After writing the review below Staff Traveler responded immediately and indicated that the pricing increase was actually a mistake. They corrected the mistake and I have to give them 5 stars for their great product, pricing, and customer service!!! Way to go guys! I do rely on your app all the time!!! Old review: Really liked staff traveler when you could purchase 100 credits for $35.99. But today I went to purchase my usual 100 credits and they raised the price to $46.99!!! While it's a decent product, a 30% price increase almost overnight seems totally unmerited and is unreasonable; frankly, I'm disappointed in them for their poor business decision to overprice their product.

Had to downgrade to 2 stars. App only shows me one airline as having available flights between 2 cities, which is extremely useful for planning out getting to work on time. On top of that, it showed only 2 flights on that airline, even though there are at least 8 flights between said cities. Had to go to each airline website to verify they didn't cancel ALL of their flights between said cities, which they didn't. As you can tell, the app is not useful in the current state.
