Update (12/11/24): Things have improved and had been more stable until recently. I only drive to the office on Tuesdays, and it seems like that's when the system is unavailable. My biggest complaint is they can't seem to keep the "quick climate start" setting to stay set. Permanently fix this and I'll give 5 stars. There was an update after my comment that addressed the constant refresh reminder message. They changed the app to refresh like other apps and no more reminder bubbles (thank you)

I personally ONLY want a digital display of speed on the dash. That can be elusive on this vehicle since you can't always see the heads up on sunny days. When using Android Auto, you lose the normal digital speed from the built-in GPS. So there's nothing but analog. Also, this vehicle needs a truly resetable trip odometer. I travel for business and what you provide is a brief glimpse every time you stop the car. That is not sufficient! I always make more than 1 stop.

Absolutely horrible app for a great car. Inconsistent performance. Having to text a code to start your car after already fingerprinting into the app is obnoxious and nonsensical. Genesis, your better than this app. It's such a let down that I hate to even use it unless I have to.

I’ve owned Audis, Porsches, and Land Rovers, and I can confidently say this is one of the most well-refined apps I’ve encountered. My Genesis is also packed with a lot of technology. I’m very impressed with how easy it is to use and how many functions are right at my fingertips.

The app is cluncky, (esp compared with your competitirs such as toyota and tesla. the car drives great which is more important. the car could be 5 star with clearer more intuitive controls.

Great app. Easy to use interface. Remote locking is very efficent. Widgets are quick access to remote features. Love the climate presets. Feature request: Please allow setting a delay for auto-relocking when remotely unlocked, but doors remain closed. I believe its too short for the average parent with children. Also, the notification alert for doors remain unlocked after the car is off should have an acknowledge button or relock option on the notification or auto-lock after X time setting.

app is good, cannot save off peak charging schedule with error C406_1 , the asynchronous command probably xith queues mak the app a bit annoying sometimes (old review - fixed now) App seems good until nothing works, the car has not connected for 3 months!! I run the lat at version, the dealership told me i have to wait another update in a month and half. I sincerely hope that Genesis will extend the connected services coverage for another year based on the catastrophic updates management. I us
