Most of the time, the app doesn't work. It doesn't open or doesn't update. Sometimes, it works but the rest of the time, it just doesn't update. It doesn't matter if I'm on 4g, or wifi, if I close the app or force stop it. I hope you you can help me solve this issue. Edit: changed to 1 star because no one (through this review or by responding to my emails) from customer service is willing to help

Lagy, poor UI (early 90s look) even poorer UX, just basic info. No visibility per string or phase, just Total amount. Icon with battery / percentage doesnt show correctly (reported over 2m ago, no improvement). For the Swiss made product and their high price tag, really poor experience vs other investor producers. App Seems like one man job who quit already and took the source code 😒😬

This app is at a beta stage but needs to be fully developed. It has very limited information. It needs to include informstion about the batteries and the voltage of ac coming in from eb and the ac coming out of the inverter. UPDATE. This app still has very limited information inspite of the developers earluer response that it would be enhanced!

I don't have BSP connected. In previous version I was able to atleast see battery voltage - now battery voltage is also not being displayed in app. Kindly fix this.
