사용방법은 기존의 개인용 출퇴근기록기와 유사합니다.

1. New 버튼 클릭하여 관리용 사용자 등록
2. New 버튼 클릭하여 직원 등록 및 근태기준 등록
3. 해당 직원이 로그인
4. 출퇴근 처리(하루 2번)

최초 등록하는 직원정보가 관리자입니다.
관리자는 모든 항목을 입력, 변경할 수 있습니다.
사용중 관리자가 정보를 변경하면 모든 직원의 공통정보가 변경됩니다.

일반 직원이 관리하는 일반정보는 이메일, 이름, 비밀번호, 부서명입니다.

이렇게만 하시면 등록한 직원의 한달 근태이력이 관리자의 이메일로 전송됩니다.

근태이력을 메일로 전송받기 위해서 관리자는 구글 지메일에 반드시
가입되어 있어야 합니다.
