[2024-10-04] ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great improvement, including support for multiple attachments in progress reports, extending support beyond just image files. It has come a long way! 😁 [2024-09-16] ⭐⭐⭐ After a couple of weeks of use I can confidently say the app is much more stable now on Android 14, which let me get a better feel for its full features in the near future.

It is a great tool for what it does, however the app does not allow you to preview previous weeks appointments. This is a major draw back as I cannot use my phone to see notes or messages from previous weeks appointments. It would be 4 or 5 stars with this feature.

Only basic functionality. Some examples: 1 - The SCHEDULING and UNAVAILABILITY screens not linked. You can not see both instances on the same screen, making high chances of errors. 2 - WEB VERSION is almost "read only" as it has almost no functionality. 3 - ONLY ONE PHOTO, you can only add ONE photo to any notes regarding client activities. 4 - NO CALENDAR EXPORT to allow copying to other calendars like Outlook or Google. 5 - NO ALARM REMINDER FUNCTION.

Not too bad overall. Couple things, however need fixing such as notifications come at random times like 5 minutes prior to shift start yet will say the shift starts in 15 minutes! The other thing is should be able to upload more than one image for mileage so can see start and end odometer easier.

We were using a different system prior to shiftcare, the move was a no brainer and it is everything they advertise. Very user friendly

too many glitches still need fixing e.g. adding support notes on the go is impossible you have to add notes at the end of shift or lose what you already wrote.

It's okay but would be better if they can also add another location besides client home address as the default, when needing to be picked up/work with clients somewhere else. E.g. if they're in the hospital or apportionment etc. Hrs won't be clocked due to not being at their home address. We don't work for free. Also notifications when shifts have been removed there's too much incompetence in communication with what's been changed between office admin and in app

I used to love the app, but have not been receiving notifications for over a month despite having them enabled. I keep missing out on shift invites because I have to rely on email notifications, opening the app, scrolling to the correct date, and accepting the shift. By that point, they've already been snapped up. I've taken it up with my employer, but they are helpless, too. I emailed the support email address weeks ago and have had no response. It's caused me to miss out on many shifts and $$
